all zoil needed was being surrounded with people that have done it, are living the healthy life. I think Rosii has been such a good influence, now Wake. i’ve wanted to see this for the longest time, it’s going to be life altering.

Zoil realistically could start at 5K calories and bump down around 300-400 calories each week. With his size he's most likely already consuming 7-8K calories a day
