There is nothing we can do. Bandai does not give us any way to report these "hackers". Unfortunately they along with spammers ruin the online gaming experience.

This needs to stop people, MODS ARE NOT MEANT TO BE USED AGAINST OTHER PLAYERS, its basically cheating, im pretty ticked off that there are players out there who decide to cheat on these games instead of putting in any effort, MODS are ok to use if your like testing them out in training or if your doing offline pq's, BUT PEOPLE SHOULDNT BE USING THESE TO WIN AGAINS PLAYERS WHO ACTUALLY PLAY THE GAME FARELY!!!! WE REALLY NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!!!
