I called Craftsman customer service to get the part # for the main cylindrical filter that goes in thier 5Gal wet/dry vac (I bought mine at LOWE's). The funny part is if you look in the manual it gives you the LOWE's item #, not helpful if you want to buy on Amazon. Here is the part # you need 082566. I spent a lot of time trying to find this information out online before I called Craftsman. Not sure why they make it so difficult??? A LOWE's part # IN THE MANUAL??? FYI: Craftsman is now owned by Stanley Black & Decker.

I have the same vacuum. Is it normal for it to blow out hot air through the back? Thanks
