nica and smoothly android 4.4.2 kitkat!!! xperia z for design and now for software

I live in Holland and i have this device but today on may 29th there is still no update why? I dont fucking understand

Can you read/write data on the Sd card, because i heard 4.4 doesn't allow you to do that and so the Sd card becomes useless ?
