5:32 Kalel you're so lucky to still have your parents and your dad is still around to build out the basement for you. That's a huge act of love. Enjoy it while you can and accept that this period of your life is a blessing in disguise. Someday you'll look back and be grateful that you had this time with them.

You are not alone. Sometimes it feels like you try EVERYTHING -medication, therapy, exercise, food, etc... and none of it works. KEEP GOING. Of all things, I love that you keep trying despite all "failures". That shows strength. Please keep trying and I hope you find what you are looking for.

You're naturally charismatic, even when you do nothing, people are entertained. Take advantage of it.
