Halloween isn't the same without Oingo Boingo.

I'm so glad the boys finally got the recognition they deserve when a couple days ago LA officially declared Oingo Boingo Day.

Danny Eflmann is a musical genius. Hence his second career. I grew up to the 80's music. OIngo Boingo was out there.

I’m 16 and I got into Oingo Boingo cause of my dad and he found them because he went to college in L.A. in the 80’s and heard a song playing in a record store.

I was at this show...the very last one, Halloween 1995. 3 1/2 hours of just Boingo. It was completely nuts.

Oingo Boingo was my first favorite band as a child…”We close our eyes” is still my favorite song; it will forever remind me of riding in car with twin sister our my mom & dad…miss our parents. Rip mom & dad.

I would LOVE to have this song played at my Funeral!

Danny Elfman is a Musical Genius...

I miss this band every Halloween.

I saw them live for the first time in 82 at UCI in Irvine but have been listening to them since 79. A truly unique group for us nerds from the 80s.

By far one of the best bands of all time. They need to do another world tour.

Come back Mr. Elfman.  Put Mr. Burton and Depp on the sidelines for a while and come play with us.  It's almost Halloween!! Better hurry.  It's OK if you skip LA, just come to Anaheim.

Not to mention, Danny has hearing damage that apparently can't be helped, and he's not about to risk whatever hearing he has left to play in Oingo Boingo, no matter how much he enjoyed it, and he did. Enjoy it, I mean. (And you're right, the money for composing is probably pretty damned good.)
