NOTE: (I have returned from semi hiatus, hope you are all okay. .)
Hello and welcome to the channel!
My name is Ben and I am a young autistic fella that is the creator, writer, producer, director and set designer of Sodor's Tales.
Even since I was little I had fond memories of Thomas The Tank Engine, I remember reading the books and watching the characters come to life on the telly. Really got me interested in the world and it's characters, locations, stories and music.
Around summer 2013 I started writing about a series that captures both the books and television series alike, with some real railway bits and bobs put into them.
if you like follow me on Soundcloud for the audiobook series.
Feel free to look around and I hope you have fun watching the series!
Regards
Ben

So during/after lockdown I had a lot of spare card sorted away for future use but didn't know what to do with it until I watched TUGS and saw many mini cranes scatted about the sets so I built some a few years ago, I think they've come out well as it was all guessing game on what size or shape the cranes can be for OO/HO scale.
Now apart from Diesel 10 finished many projects are still WIP at the moment with one of them being a possible Bulstrode in the pipeline so keep an eye out for them when I finish them.
Anyways here's some cranes. :)

"There was also a small Coach and two straight things his driver called Cranes."
Now back when I made the breakdown cranes I completely forgot the works unit coach to go with it so finally got round to make one and it came out really well.
it was made using a Tomy Splatter and Dodge's Works coach that was cut, sanded and glued together to a modified chassis from a Ratio/Parkside Models GWR 4 Wheel Coach.
Here's what it looks like on a Bachmann card. :)

"Hello twinkle toes. Remember me?!"
He's the first project done for 2026 and its TVS Diesel 10.
The model was a lot more challenging then the last D10 project due to the amount of cutting, fixing, experimenting and swearing but it was all worth it in the end lol.
Anyways he was made from a Lima Class 42 with the middle section cut out and glued back together to be more accurate to the prop, then cut and sanded down the front of the model for the Tomy Diesel 10 face. (I'd like to replace it with 3D printed face/faces whenever there available.)
The claw was made from two Bandai Tecs Diesel 10s combined together, didn't like how long the teeth were so I filled and sanded them to the right sizes.
It runs well and doesn't hit any sheds or bridges at the moment but overall I'm quite happy with the results.
Like before here's what he looks like on a Bachmann card. :)

The new engine soon arrived Toby and Percy were very impressed, he was green with big letters spelling LNER across his tanks he looked magnificent.
"Hello, my names Reginald."
Here's another Thomas OC from a long lost series, its Dan Snell's Reginald from Adventures on Sodor!
I remember watching this series growing up and thought it was one of the best when it comes to replicating the early seasons of Thomas that wasn't a "parody" type of show like Missoliverandblossom or Trainlover476's stuff. Still watch it when I get a craving for old Thomas fan content lol.
Anyways he was made from a Bachmann Branchline Junior saddle tank engine with added Lamp Irons, couplings, Vacuum pipes and Tomy Stepney face.
Its a simple custom but one work alright in the end. :)
