So I recently watched The Super Mario Galaxy Movie and I really enjoyed it! Luigi was especially funny in this, Fox Mcloud was a cool introduction, Bowser JR made a great villian imo, the moments with Peach and Rosalina are pretty sweet and my Boi Yoshi was here so I love him.
The animation in this was absolutely stellar, a massive improvement over the first film. The final battle I think was better too.
I do think the pacing could've been better to flesh out the characters more, Rosalina could've used more screen time and Yoshi also maybe should have done a bit more. The movie I think also kinda lacked more emotion and impact compared to the first one but it was still cool.
Overall a 7.8/10 in my book
