I dedicate this song to you who feel stagnant in life by past traumas, guilt of the present and fear of the future. It is often difficult to feel worthy after we have made mistakes, but Christ makes all things new. I dare you to move.

Botched my own suicide, found myself surrounded by family that loves me. Everything still hurts, I still have those thoughts sometimes but I'm trying to change. This song definitely helps.

This album got me though the war in Iraq in 2003, it will always remind me of how lucky I am to be alive and how pointless war is for the loss of those on both sides...sons and daughters of mothers and fathers no more...rest in peace
