That's actually a pretty good guess but on his trailer for the trick he's performing surrounded and there isn't place to have a the cards stashed, plus it doesn't look like he switches any card in while he's handling the deck.

It is no deck switch. I actually have that effect. And there is nothing about hear.. The Effect is called Out of Sight and it's available at some magic stores... It is gimmick deck,no sleight of hand
