Rules For Managing Moderators:
1. Be Respectful, do not flex your higher position over others
2. Keep The Channel a Safe space, ban people who are making people feel uncomfortable, unsafe, etc.
3. Be Kind
4. Don’t fight with eachother, if we have a disagreement we can work together to resolve the issue.
5. Three Strike Policy, first strike: Verbal Warning, Second Strike: I will revoke your right to be a managing moderater, third strike: ban from the channel until I’m ready to let you back in.
