I was relaxing breathing lightly emptying all thoughts from my head relaxing parts of my body from the top of my head to the bottom of my toes. Sooo lovely. Next minute timber... I was fast asleep snoring up a storm. Gees I love this music. Thank you Lord. I woke up so relaxed my whole body mind and soul. Just beautiful.
